Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 12 October 2025. These terms govern your use of the dynaquo.pro website and the roofing services we provide. Please take a moment to read them; if you have any questions, write to us at [email protected].
1. Who you are contracting with
The Dynaquo brand is operated by Dynaquo Roofworks Sdn Bhd, company number 202401034728 (1567893-M), registered in Malaysia with our workshop and office at 18A, Jalan SS 21/35, Damansara Utama, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Throughout this document “we” means Dynaquo Roofworks Sdn Bhd; “you” means the person commissioning the work or using the website.
2. Using this website
You may use this site to read about our services, to learn about roofing in the Klang Valley, and to send us a quote enquiry. You may not scrape it, republish substantial portions of its content, or attempt to interfere with its operation. The text and images here are our intellectual property unless otherwise credited.
3. Quotes
Any quotation we issue is valid for thirty days from the date of issue, unless a different validity period is stated on the quote itself. Quotes are based on the condition we observed during the survey; if the condition changes between quote and work commencement (further storm damage, additional leak development), we reserve the right to re-quote that line before work begins.
4. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed once you sign the quote and pay the agreed deposit. The standard payment schedule for full replacement work is 30% on signing, 30% at the membrane stage, 30% at re-tile completion, and 10% on hand-over. Repair work is typically invoiced in full on completion. We accept bank transfer, DuitNow QR and major credit cards. Cash payments above RM 5,000 are not accepted for record-keeping reasons.
5. The work
We will carry out the work to the specification set out in your signed quote. If we encounter unexpected conditions (rotten timber, deeper damage than was visible at survey, the previous roofer’s shortcuts), we will photograph, describe and re-quote them before doing the additional work. You are under no obligation to accept a re-quote; if you decline, we will complete only the original scope and restore the work to a weather-tight finish.
6. Access and site condition
You agree to provide reasonable access to the property during agreed working hours, to inform us of any unusual access constraints (gates, dogs, neighbours’ parking arrangements), and to clear the immediate working area of fragile or valuable objects. We will leave the site in a tidy condition at the end of every working day.
7. Warranty
We provide a ten-year workmanship warranty on full replacements and tile-coating jobs, and a two-year warranty on individual repairs. The warranty covers defects in our installation method and our labour; manufacturer warranties on tiles, sealants and membranes operate in parallel and are passed to you in writing on hand-over. The warranty does not cover damage caused by extreme weather events that exceed normal monsoon parameters, by unauthorised modification of the roof, or by failure to maintain gutters in accordance with our hand-over recommendations.
8. Liability
Our public-liability insurance covers RM 500,000 per event. Beyond that limit, our maximum liability for any single piece of work is the total invoice value of that work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of rental income, loss of business, decorative damage caused by a leak that we were not engaged to address).
9. Cancellation by you
You may cancel a booking at any time before work begins. Cancellation more than fourteen days before the start date is fully refunded. Cancellation within fourteen days is subject to a charge for any materials that have already been ordered specifically for your job and cannot be returned to the supplier.
10. Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel a booking and refund the deposit if a survey reveals conditions that we are not able to address safely (severe structural damage, asbestos-containing materials requiring licensed removal, access risk that cannot be mitigated). In such cases we will recommend a suitable specialist contractor where we can.
11. Disputes
If something goes wrong, please tell us first. We commit to investigating any written complaint within seven working days and to proposing a remedy within fourteen. If the matter cannot be resolved between us, it will be governed by the laws of Malaysia and submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
12. Updates to these terms
These terms can change. The version applying to any work we do for you is the version current at the date your quote is signed.
