Five jobs, done by hand, by the same crew that quotes them.

No subcontracted strangers, no surprise add-ons. The person who climbs the ladder for your inspection is the person who signs off on the work.

Why our customers stay

A roofer that picks up the phone, on a roof that does not leak.

A great deal of roof work in the Klang Valley is sold on price and patched on a Saturday. We sell on the things that matter when a 60 mm/hour storm rolls over Damansara Heights at 4 pm.

  • One crew, one job. The same three or four faces from first quote to final sign-off.
  • Photographs at every stage sent to your phone the same evening, so you see what we saw.
  • Quoted in Ringgit, paid in Ringgit. No hidden mark-up on materials, an itemised invoice every time.
  • Ten-year workmanship warranty on replacements and restorations — the kind that someone actually answers.

How a job runs

Four small steps between a worry and a tidy invoice.

We have learned that most homeowners want to know what tomorrow looks like, not what week three looks like. So we plan in short loops.

Tell us what you noticed

A WhatsApp photo, a missed-tile count from the ground, a damp patch on the ceiling. Whatever you can describe.

We climb up and look

A free survey within forty-eight hours for the Klang Valley. You get a written report with photos that evening.

You read a fixed quote

Itemised by tile count, labour day and materials. No verbal estimates, no “subject to” clauses buried in small print.

We do the work cleanly

Same crew every day, ground covers down, tiles stacked tidily, broom-finished hand-over the moment we sign off.

Built for tropical roofs

Tuned for monsoon rain, hot sun and slow algae creep.

Heat-tolerant sealants

Acrylic and silicone coatings rated for sustained 65 °C surface temperatures, not generic European compounds.

Monsoon-grade flashing

Lead-replacement aluminium and butyl tape rated for sideways rain at chimney bases, parapet walls and valleys.

Anti-algae rinse

A low-pressure biocide wash before any coating job stops the green creep returning within six months.

Honest material logs

Every batch number of every tile and coating drum noted in the hand-over file, kept in your records for a decade.

What homeowners say

Stories from terraces, bungalows and one stubborn link-house.

SK

“We had three quotes for the ceiling stain in the master bedroom. Dynaquo were the only ones who climbed up before quoting. They found a cracked ridge cap, not a leak in the room above. RM 380 instead of RM 5,000 of guesswork.”

AR

“A complete re-tile on a forty-year-old bungalow in Kelana Jaya. Eight days, daily WhatsApp updates, the garden never had a footprint on it. Two monsoons later, dry as a bone.”

Aiman RahimKelana Jaya · bungalow
JT

“The whole row of shop lots on our lane had been quoted by a contractor who never showed up twice. Dynaquo did all six units in sequence, no fuss, and the invoices matched the quotes line for line.”

Common questions

What we get asked from the kerb.

How quickly can you come out for an emergency leak?
Within Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam and most of Kuala Lumpur we aim for a same-day visit for active leaks reported before 1 pm, and next-morning for anything later. A tarp-down to stop further water damage is included in the call-out fee.
Do you work with both clay tile and metal roofing?
Yes. The bulk of Klang Valley housing is on concrete or clay tile, but a growing share of new builds and warehousing uses Bluescope or NS Bluescope steel sheeting. Our crew has been trained on both systems and stocks the relevant fastenings.
How is a fixed quote actually fixed?
Once we have climbed up, counted tiles and looked under the membrane, our written quote is the price you pay. The only exception is if you ask us to extend the scope mid-job — a new gutter run, a skylight, an extra valley flashing. In that case we re-quote that line item in writing before we start.
Will you be licensed and insured?
Dynaquo Roofworks Sdn Bhd is registered with SSM and holds a CIDB G3 contractor licence. Public-liability cover is RM 500,000 per event, and workers’ compensation is in place for every crew member who steps on a ladder.
What does the workmanship warranty cover?
Ten years on full replacements and tile-coating jobs, two years on repairs. The warranty covers our labour and our installation method; manufacturer warranties on tiles and coatings sit on top, and we hand you those documents at the end of every job.
How long does a typical job take?
A spot leak: a single morning. A full coating job on a double-storey terrace: three to four days. A complete strip-and-re-tile on a bungalow: eight to twelve working days depending on weather and tile lead time.
