Talk to a roofer, not a call centre

The fastest way to reach us is a photo and a postcode.

Send a picture of what you have noticed from the ground, the address (or just the suburb), and the rough time of day a leak appeared. We will write back the same day with whether a visit is needed and how soon.

Please share the name we should address you by.
A working email address helps us send you the inspection report.
Please include a mobile number we can reach you on.
A line or two helps us send the right surveyor and the right tools.
Before you reach out

Three things worth checking from the ground.

1. Where is the stain?

A ceiling stain rarely sits directly under the leak. Note where on the ceiling it is, which wall is closest, and whether it grew during the last storm or appeared overnight.

2. How old is the roof?

A rough age (under ten, ten-to-twenty, more than twenty) helps us decide whether a single repair is sensible or whether a survey is the better call.

3. Have you seen tiles on the floor?

Even one broken tile on the garden path tells us a great deal about the wider roof condition. A photograph of it is enormously useful before we climb.
